As some of you may already have experienced, Oakie Hill is a sandy mess at the moment! The trail crew was out there to repair water bars but compaction is inadequate. The climb will be closed temporarily while it is watered and allowed time to rest. I will draft up a sign and post it on the closure fences to alert the general public. Thank you.
