We straddle the fault line, I guess. I got to see the Adobe section when it's closed, and it isn't for lack of traction. It's more like too much traction. Haven't seen such sticky clay since 1967! Going real fast helps, but you can't always do that. Mud will roll up on the front wheel as high as the handlebars! Cool. But kids and emergency vehicles wouldn't stand a chance. Compared to Granite, this shows the geological split pretty well.
And it reminds me of the disrespect given OHVs: We are allowed to play right on top of an earthquake fault. All right. Watch how well we do it!
